Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 203pub Platform at any given time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
In accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering and player protection requirements, 203pub conducts mandatory identity verification on all accounts prior to enabling withdrawal functionality. You will be required to submit valid copies of the following:

The minimum deposit amount on the 203pub Platform is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your 203pub wallet. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed to GCash and PayMaya within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes under standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the processing timelines of the receiving financial institution. 203pub does not charge transaction fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently. 203pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 203pub reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances as specified in the cashier section. Members with dormant accounts may reactivate their accounts by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
💡 Important: 203pub will only process withdrawals to payment accounts registered in your own name. Requests to send winnings to third-party accounts or payment methods not matching your registered identity will be declined. Bonus funds credited to your 203pub account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports bonuses), and validity period will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, maximum winnings attributable to bonus funds that may be converted to withdrawable cash are capped as specified per promotion. Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or underage gambling — 203pub reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending withdrawal amounts. 203pub will exercise this right proportionately and in accordance with its obligations under applicable Philippine law.
A member may request voluntary closure of their 203pub account at any time by contacting customer support. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 203pub Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred, in the first instance, to 203pub's internal disputes resolution team via the customer support channels identified in Section 14. 203pub will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's designated complaint resolution mechanism applicable to licensed Philippine online gaming operators. The exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts is agreed upon for any dispute that proceeds to litigation, with venue in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
203pub reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 203pub will provide reasonable advance notice to members via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the 203pub homepage prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 203pub Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 9.3. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any relevant event or transaction shall govern the parties' rights and obligations in respect of that event or transaction.
